3 Minute Vacations™ are short videos with various user-selectable musical accompaniments that can provide that little escape that is so necessary in the workday. Each disk includes 8 different "vacations" designed to relax, and calm. This simple and easy-to-use program can make the difference between focusing on stress and not on work, and eliminating stress and being able to focus on work. On the Windows version the videos are designed to be watched either in a window or full screen. You can select whether you want to hear the natural sounds that accompany the video or, exclusively on this version, you can listen to music while taking your vacation. You can even listen to both the natural sounds and a musical accompaniment, the choice is yours. 3 Minute Vacations™ are also available on DVD for continuous play on your television. The DVD version is ideal for private homes, doctor or dentist's offices, nursing homes -- any place that can benefit from continuous, relaxing sights and natural sound.
