The inspiration for this software comes from my private yoga practice. Several of my students had jobs that required at least six hours daily on the computer. They said my classes helped but they asked me to give them some short routines they could do right at their desks. We called it “homework”. Well, they did their homework every day and it worked for them. So, four years later, here’s Ulla Anneli’s The Break™! I designed this interactive program to help relieve the most common complaints of computer users everywhere: headaches, eyestrain, stress, neck and shoulder tension, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and low back stiffness. |
